The workshop will focus on monitoring the water and distribution network for managing water supply and controlling leakage from the network. Ensuring a safe and reliable supply of drinking water is a key aim for water companies. Sensors, measurement and control systems play an important part in managing the water in our distribution networks; managing leakage, warning of outages and helping to provide a reliable service to customers. The workshop will include presentations on new technology and case studies on the successful application of sensing systems and network control systems.
